OUR HISTORY
Gregory A. Terman established his first staffing firm Chemtech LTD in 1980. It started on a card table with a landline phone in a near western suburb of Chicago, Il, and by 1999, it grew to over 1000 teammates across seven cities. Its mission was to offer staffing services to its clients as a boutique firm offering the personal touch model and dedicated to delivering IT/Engineers to the newly founded high tech industry.

In 2010 Chemtech LTD merged with Crystal Equation to become a certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE) to better serve its clients and teammates in a total diversity inclusion environment. These staffing services included permanent search, temporary to permanent, contract engineering, and managed services for small, medium, and large globally based high tech firms in social media, digital ads, data, artificial intelligence, and wireless telecommunications industries.

In 2021 Gregory ventured out to start Terman Technology Group and still to this day continues the family-owned boutique staffing firm model delivering best in class solution scientists and technologists to its clients. These clients provide goods and services across the globe, which enable the entire human race to progress into the future. He believes in supporting the needs of his clients and internal teammates in a culture dedicated to embracing the honor and integrity for diversity inclusion across the globe.
