What would your professional career look like at Terman Technology? 

Each new person will be assigned a mentor and a small group to work in. There is no interoffice competition. Everyone works together on clients. Each new hire is trained as an essential external recruiter for a year, slowly learning daily operations such as how to successfully operate a full recruiting desk. After the one-year mark, if the new hire has excelled in their current role, they will have the opportunity to try their hand at assistant team lead. After 2-4 years, if they are still doing well, they will have the chance to start to manage some new hires and manage their own office.
